Farewell Speech
Introduction
It’s really hard to believe I’m standing here today, trying to say
goodbye to such a special part of my life. These past 3 years have been full of
memories, lessons, and amazing people. As this chapter comes to an end, I just
want to take a moment to think back, feel thankful!!
How I Met My Best Friend
Got a random call from Vansh Bhatia one morning asking me to be
his co-presenter. We didn’t even know each other. First presentation of my life
— a total mess, but we were the only juniors to present in front of the whole
department. That day, I met Vansh Aryan and Abhishek Sethi too. From a failed
presentation to lifelong friendship — it all started with one unexpected call.
My Favourite Teachers
Baljit Mam – Our
first Sem in-charge. Super encouraging! Because of her, I participated in Koshish
fest — lost the debate but won my first prize in the Business Plan event.
Nisha Arora Mam – Taught us C and C++ for two semesters. Great teacher and very
friendly with our group.
Harinder Sir – HOD and
our class in-charge in 3rd sem. Looked strict but was very supportive. Helped
us practice and win the debate at Koshish.
Jahanvi Arora Mam – Taught us in 3rd and 6th sem. Extremely friendly and helpful to every
student.
Kamalpreet Mam – Our 4th Sem in-charge. Sadly, we had her for just one sem. Super
helpful and kind.
This semester, I got the chance to participate
in hackathons at GNA and GGI colleges. It was an amazing
experience — full of learning, teamwork, and fun with friends. At GNA, our team
even secured 3rd position, which made it even more memorable!
Overall, these moments added so much value to
my 3-year journey at PCTE. It is Truly unforgettable!
